As a qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and EMDR therapist, I’m deeply passionate about supporting mental health and promoting the power of self-care and compassion. With over 16 years of experience working in both the NHS and private sector, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless individuals take the steps toward healing and growth.

My mission is to be part of the movement that makes mental health a priority—where therapy is seen as a powerful, normal, and accessible tool for everyone.
